Your mission

Advance the models and agents that plan attack chains and rate findings
Build and curate training and evaluation data from real penetration tests
Measure model quality, analyse failure cases and feed the results back into the product cycle

You bring

Degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or a related field
Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent systems or reinforcement learning in Python
Interest in offensive security, prior knowledge is a plus
Fluent in German and English
